To answer consumer demand, Green Smoke now offers refillable cartridges for use with their electronic cigarettes. Many serious vapor smokers prefer to purchase their own e liquid or e juice to refill cartridges. The problem that they ran into when refilling the regular Green Smoke cartridges, was since those were not meant to be refilled, the smoke volume would lessen over time, lose taste, and the pull would become much harder. The company does not offer e-liquid or e juice for sale, but you can find it through other on-line distributors or use in the Green Smoke refillable cartridges.

How to Fill Empty Green Smoke Cartridges

In order to refill empty Green Smoke cartridges, you should follow these instructions:
1 – Pull or remove the white plug from the end of the refillable cartridge using a toothpick preferrably.
2 – Drip your e-juice or e liquid into the cartridge. Be careful with the e liquid since nicotine is a poisonous substance.
3 – Maximize the e liquid you are filling into the cartridge by pulling the batting away with a toothpick from the wall of the cartridge. You will want to avoid getting the toothpick near the atomizer which visually appears like a wire to keep from damaging it. You can then continue to dripping e liquid until fully soaked.
4 – Insert the white plug to secure your refillable cartridge.

Best Practices for Refilling Your E-Cig Cartridges

Green Smoke recommends that when you use their refillable cartridges to only use a single flavor per cartridge. This is due to the fact that Green Smoke does not produce their cartridges to be cleaned out like other e-cig companies due to the design of the atomizer. The atomizer goes around the batting of the cartridge and is soldered on the end of the cartridge next to the battery. If you attempt to remove the batting rom the cartridge, you will ruin the refillable cartridge.

Greensmoke is not producing the refillable cartridges as of Feb 5th, 2010. They have removed the refills in order to work on making a refillable one easier to use.
